Our biscuit joiners are made from the finest quality kiln dried Australian plantation timber. This ensures a stable and reliable product for all biscuit joining applications.
Strict quality control ensures consistent product size and thickness. They are stamped with an impression at an angle of 45º to the timber grain providing maximum resistance to sheering, splitting or flexing.
During the pressing process, each biscuit-joiner is compressed slightly. When moistened with PVA glue the biscuit expands in the slot to ensure a tight join. Each wood joiner is impressed to create a glue track to ensure even distribution of the glue around the biscuit.
